Welcome

Thank goodness you are here – you’ve taken the first and most important step to start living!

We’ve all had years of messages about our bodies and appearance – and so many of us hold ourselves back because of our ‘imperfections’. All of that pressure around our appearance can impact our mental health and hold us back from engaging fully with life.

We created the Start Living campaign to help people think differently about the relationship they have with their bodies, and we hope it helps you embrace yours.

Start Living

What do you want to be remembered for? The size of your jeans, or the size of your heart? The sparkle of your teeth, or the sparkle in your eyes?

When all is said and done, you’re not remembered for how you look, you’re remembered for how you live – the way you make people feel, the things you do, the strength you have and the kindness you show.

But somewhere along the line we’ve started hearing a different script, full of messages about our bodies and appearance and impossible beauty standards.

But thank goodness you’re here, because it’s not too late to flip the script and learn to embrace your body and yourself.
It’s time to start living.

Let’s help our kids

The last thing we want to do is pass on our body image baggage to our kids.

If you are a parent, the good news is that every step you take towards embracing your body helps them embrace theirs. When you stop worrying, stop missing out, and start living, you automatically become a better body image role model for your children.
